SJOG Neurology Electrodiagnostic Services is a private neurology practice with over 30 years’ experience.

The team, lead by Prof William Carroll, conducts electrodiagnostic tests on the peripheral and central nervous system to assess or aid in the diagnosis of epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, motor neuron disease, and neuropathies.

Professor William Carroll AM

Professor William Carroll is a Consultant Neurologist, the immediate past President of the World Federation of Neurology, and a member of the Steering Committee of the International Progressive MS Alliance (IPMSA). He’s also a Board Member of the European Charcot Foundation, and Patron of the Pan Asian Committee for Research and Treatment of MS (PACTRIMS).


Professor Carroll's principal research activity has been in demyelinating disease both in multiple sclerosis and in experimental optic neuropathy, and in the biology of demyelination and remyelination.

Sari Suhel

BSc, Neurophysiology Technician


Sari joined the team in 2021 and has completed her Bachelor of Science with a double major in Physiology and Pathology/Laboratory Medicine through the University of Western Australia.


With a keen interest in neurophysiology, Sari has worked in healthcare since 2014. Her years of clerical and technical experience in the industry have given Sari a keen eye for detail and she’s highly attentive to patient needs. She ensures each patient is well-informed about their appointment and makes their time at SJOG Neurology Electrodiagnostic Services as comfortable as possible.
